US: Your order will be processed and shipped within 5-8 business days

Canada: Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-9 business days

What Is Your Refund & Refund Policy?

1. You have 3 days from receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

2. To start, contact us at info@levilla.co to initiate a return. Return shipping label and instructions will be provided.

3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is processed

Candle Care

  1. Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each burn.
  2. Burn for at least one hour on first use.
  3. Keep away from drafts.
  4. Use a snuffer to extinguish.
  5. Center and straighten wick after extinguishing.
